Our Vision
To reach and impact the Altadena/Pasadena
communities along with the entire San Gabriel Valley for Christ, by equipping
its residents to tackle daily struggles, and empowering them to do so by
teaching them to apply Godly principles to their lives.
Our Mission
The Mission of the Metropolitan Baptist Church of
Altadena, California is to be a visible manifestation of the Church of Jesus
Christ. Its purpose is to fulfill Christ's Mandate to make disciples, identify
them with the one true God who is made known in three distinct persons, and
instruct them to obey Christ's commands in order to live productive and
victorious lives.
This church has Jesus Christ as its head, the
Bible as it rule, and the Holy Spirit as its guide. It seeks to promote the
corporate worship of God in Spirit and in truth. Its ultimate goal is to
prepare for the marriage feast of Lamb.
